An architect and urban planner, Shanta Ghosh has designed numerous projects in India and abroad. As a student she earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Jadavpur University in India, and a Master of Architecture specializing in Urban Design at the University of Pennsylvania in USA. Her career began with The Kuljian Corporation, USA in Philadelphia, where she spent an entire decade
Currently, the Chairperson of DC Group of Companies, she carries forward the Founder-Chairman – Dr. Sadhan C. Dutt’s legacy, bringing forth a new direction to the DC Group. She is also the Principal Partner of Development Architects Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. A. R. Ghosal Director
Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) from Jadavpur University (Gold Medalist), did his Ph.D. at the University of Paris VI. Research work done at the French Institute of Petroleum. Proven experience in handling chemical & petrochemical projects in India and abroad for over 30 years. Member, Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers and Bureau of Indian Standards.
Amrita Banerjee Director
M.Sc in Physics with Distinction from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Imperial College London, she also holds a M.Phil in Bio-Technology from Delhi University. During her previous long stint with Tata International Limited, she has worked in India and the UK and served in various capacities across business development, marketing corporate, strategic relations and communication functions. She was a lead for Diversity and Inclusion. She has also worked closely with trade chambers and participated in flagship Indian and International events and forums. She has been associated with leading global universities on developing collaborative programmes.
She is a co-promoter and Director of the Imperial College India Foundation a not for profit company to promote research, foster academic exchanges and support higher learning.
Dr. Santi Pada Gon Chaudhuri Director
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Dr.Gon Chaudhuri is an internationally known expert in the area of Renewable Energy. He is a specialist in Photovoltaic System Engineering and Design, having executed a large number of Solar PV projects in different parts of India and abroad.
A former Managing Director of West Bengal Green Energy Development Corporation, he has been an Energy Consultant to the UN and a National Level Monitor under Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers, India, West Bengal Academy of Science and Technology and is an Adjunct Professor of Bengal Engineering and Science University and Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management.
Dipta Sundar Mallick Director
Dipta Sundar Mallick holds Post Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and has more than 44 years of experience in conceptual design, layout, equipment selection and detail engineering of various systems related to various plants, particularly Thermal power plants, Paper plants and Chemical plants. His specialization is in the field of Cogeneration,Waste Heat recovery and bulk material handling system including cross-country conveyors.

About 40 years of experience worked with internationally renowned companies in design, engineering, procurement, project management, execution and commissioning of various projects in both Ferrous & Non-Ferrous industries.
He has worked in large and reputed MNCs such as L&T, Sandvik Asia, Hyderabad Industries, M N Dastur, Tata Consulting Engineers etc. for several years in various capacities including responsibility of P&L.
He has also been deputed to various short term foreign assignments for execution of complex projects across the continents, which has given him excellent multi-functional work experience at challenging locations.
