DC Centre For Continuing Education

DC believes in continuous and sustainable learning. Its training and development programmes include orientation sessions for newly recruited engineers, skill enhancement for existing resources through in-house senior professionals, external institutions and renowned industry experts, in-house seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions, and deputation of employees to external workshops and seminars. The Centre also supports research and paper publication and has organised an in-house MS (PEM) programme in collaboration with a leading university. Senior professionals regularly contribute as invited speakers at industry forums and as visiting faculty at leading universities.
