Mobile Service Tower (MST) designed by DCPL in 1991-1992. PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) can be seen being assembled inside this 6K ton factory on rails.
MST is rolling back after PSLV is ready to launch and sits on launch pad, also designed by DCPL.
